Description

Non-coding RNAs are transcripts that function as RNA instead of being translated into protein, such as microRNAs, which guide Argonaute proteins to their target mRNAs. This collection groups tracks of non-coding RNA genes:

• MirGeneDB: microRNA genes curated by MirGeneDB, with their arms and predicted secondary structures
• miRBase: microRNA precursors registered in miRBase, with their mature miRNAs and predicted secondary structures
• tRNA Genes: transfer RNA genes predicted with tRNAscan-SE (mm10 only)
